 Chalkbrd_OAM_Counselor says, "Self contempt is again a distortion....it's a distortion of the depravity and the dignity of man."

 Chalkbrd_OAM_Counselor says, "What is it you are avoiding facing when you cut or binge or cut yourself down verbally?"

 Chalkbrd_OAM_Counselor says, "The pain seems to be worse and scarier to face, but believe me, that is the only path to healing....facing the pain, the shame, the guilt and confess to God that this is what you are...."
