Hosting a BIBLE Counseling Seminar

OAIM believes that BIBLE Counseling is an essential skill that should be something all Christians practice to some degree. Because of this, we'd like to schedule a BIBLE Counseling Training seminar in your church.

Speaking Fees

All fees for the presenter (Debra A. Read) are included in these prices.

We ask for a $600 speaking fee, plus $5 per person for seminar materials (this includes the seminar notebook and a BIBLE Counselor Record Book). If you live within 60 miles of Plymouth, Indiana, and would like to have a BIBLE Counseling Training Seminar during June, July or August 2006, the speaking fee will be only $400.

Church's Responsibility:

We ask the church to provide the following:

• the meeting room (including a small table for our laptop and projector and a speaker's podium)
• any sound equipment that may be necessary (only if the room is very large)
• a screen for our multimedia projector
• coffee, ice water and light snacks for the breaks
• meals for presenter

Availability:

At this time Debra is only available during the summer for these seminars. The summers fill up quickly so we advise you to contact us as early as you can in order to schedule the dates you want.

BIBLE Counseling Certification:

At the end of each two-day seminar, participants will be given a certificate of participation. To become a certified BIBLE Counselor, you must complete the remainder of the certification process. The process begins with completing the Christian Essentials Course, which is a free, online research-oriented Bible study.
